Greg Brown

Introducing Greg Brown, our esteemed Chief Inspector and a cornerstone of our founding family. With over three decades of experience as a general contractor, Greg brings unparalleled expertise to every inspection. Beyond work, he cherishes moments with his children and finds solace in the serenity of fishing. Originally hailing from Michigan, Greg made the move over three decades ago in pursuit of sun-kissed days and perennially pleasant weather.

Tom Brown

Meet Tom Brown, another integral member of our founding family. Tom’s journey began with a business degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he crossed paths with his wife, Taylor, now our trusted office administrator. Being a Florida native, Tom’s deep-rooted understanding of the region enhances his ability to conduct thorough house inspections, knowing precisely what to look for in this area. Prior to his current role, Tom apprenticed under Greg, honing his expertise in home construction and building. Additionally, he holds certification as one of our trusted radon technicians.

Taylor Brown

Introducing Taylor Brown, a proud native of Southwest Florida, raised in the heart of South Fort Myers. Her academic journey led her to pursue finance at Florida Gulf Coast University. As our diligent office administrator, Taylor oversees all scheduling and ensures top-notch customer service, greeting callers with her warm and cheerful demeanor. She and Tom, her husband, first crossed paths at FGCU in 2010 and now reside happily in Naples. Outside of work, they find joy in family moments and the company of their three beloved dogs: Sammie, Buddy, and Tucker.

Joshua Hansen

Meet Joshua Hansen, another proud alumnus of FGCU who crossed paths with Tom and Taylor back in 2010, solidifying his place as part of the family. While his college major was in education, Joshua’s time at FGCU honed his communication skills, which he now employs daily in his work. Hailing from Newport Richey, Joshua played a significant role in his family’s home automation business before transitioning into home inspections. His favorite aspect of the job? Embracing the varied challenges each day brings while ensuring the safety and quality of the homes he inspects for prospective buyers. When not on the job, Joshua calls Fort Myers home, where he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Melissa, and their two dachshunds. Additionally, he holds licensure as one of our trusted radon technicians.
